Suitable for you if...

Do you recognize any of this?

You feel stuck without knowing why

Everything seems okay on the surface, but you feel something is wrong. Lack of direction, low energy, the feeling of losing yourself.

You're stuck in the same patterns

The same thoughts, the same choices, the same results. You know you need to change something, but you don't know where to start.

Classic therapy didn't suit you

You talked, you shared, but you didn't feel like you were getting anywhere. You prefer to work actively, to write, to analyze.

Emotions overwhelm you

Anxiety, confusion, anger, sadness without apparent cause. You need a safe space to process them with clear guidance.

You want more clarity in decisions

You overthink, analyze excessively, procrastinate. You need a process that orders your thoughts and leads you to a conclusion.

You feel like you don't truly know yourself

You don't know clearly what you want, what makes you happy, what your values are. You want to get to know your true self — not a performed version of yourself.

The Process

How a session unfolds

01
Your current situation

We start with what's happening now — emotions, thoughts, concrete situations. Without judgment, without pressure.

02
Identifying the real blockage

Through guided questions, we go beneath the surface — to the real cause, not the visible symptom.

03
You write — structured journaling

Writing activates another level of processing. You access thoughts you've never expressed verbally.

04
Concrete clarity

We analyze what you've written together. You leave with a clear conclusion — not with more questions than you came with.

Why Journaling Therapy

You don't get stuck in the story.
You get to the truth.

  • Structured, not improvisedEach session has a clear direction and purpose — it's not a free conversation without a destination.
  • Active, not passiveYou actively work. You write, analyze, reach conclusions. You are not an audience to your own story.
  • Causes, not symptomsWe don't treat what's on the surface. We go to the patterns that create the situation.
  • Direct, without victimhoodI offer you presence, not validation. We don't feed the story — we overcome it.
  • You learn to work independentlyI don't create dependency. I give you the tools to continue the process after the sessions.

What clients say

Real people. Real changes.

★★★★★

"I didn't have high expectations — I didn't want to be disappointed. But after two months, week after week, I feel with all my heart that I chose the right person. I appreciate how direct she is, how she knows how to balance everything I tell her, how she returns to the topics I try to avoid. My perception has changed a lot for the better since I started."

Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions? Naturally.

Do I need to be good at writing for journaling therapy? +
No. It's not about the quality of the text, but about the process of externalizing your thoughts. You write for yourself, not for someone else. There are no right or wrong answers.
How many sessions are necessary? +
It depends on your goal. Some clients feel significant changes after 3-4 sessions. Others choose to continue for a longer period for in-depth work. There is no minimum or maximum number imposed.
Is what we discuss confidential? +
Absolutely. Everything discussed during the sessions remains strictly confidential. There are no recordings without your explicit consent.
How do I schedule an appointment? +
Click the scheduling button above, choose an available slot from the calendar, and you'll receive a Google Meet link via email. The first consultation session (30 min) is free and without any obligation.
Can I cancel or reschedule a session? +
Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice, without any penalty. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to specific conditions, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Is journaling therapy a form of psychotherapy? +
Journaling therapy is a form of emotional support and personal development through structured writing and guided introspection. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment. If you are going through a major crisis, I encourage you to also seek help from a licensed specialist.
